ROLE
ssisting the operation manager to validate and execute the monthly production plan.
Monitor the production process and ensure following the organization approved process.
Design and re design all production process to enhance the daily productivity.
Work closely with cost control to align cost with plan.
provide operation manager with reports and analysis that help the daily management decision.
Handle daily logistic tasks.
Responsible for the overall sanitation and cleanliness of the work areas and storage areas.
Responsible for the proper usage and good working order of all equipment’s.
Responsible for consistently implementing the service standards and operating procedures.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer needs are met.
Should possess in depth Knowledge of Food and Beverage preparation and presentation.

Resolve customer concerns quickly and efficiently.
Assist the Operations Manager with scheduling, training, and performance management.
Organize Transportation of food and equipment
Speak with others using clear and professional language, and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. “good communication skills”
EXPERIENCE
Production engineer or similar.
Food and beverage background.
Min 3-year experience in similar position.
Good computer knowledge.
Has Worked in a Factory of any industry (2 years).
He needs to have Factory experience and dealing with Labor force.
EDUCATION
BSc in Engineering is a MUST – but preferred to be Industrial Engineer.
