Looking for a Customer Service Mechanical Engineers to provide technical service to the customer installations during the entire life cycle.
Tasks
• Performance of frequently occurring repairs on key machines
• Performance of maintenance jobs on a machine basis
• Troubleshooting over the phone
• Performance of simple retrofit actions
• Creation of delegation reports
• Assurance of the quality and quantity of the activities carried out
• Co-ordination of Buhler or customer technicians during startups or maintenance jobs
• Coordination of all tasks with other functions within the Business unit, e.g. sales, machine design, spare parts services, plus information tailored to specific addressees needs
• Signing authority according to corporate policy
Required qualifications
Bachelors of Engineering in Mechanical/Electrical
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering /Electrical
Preferred qualifications
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the industry, including experience in his field of specialization
• Insightful, able to collaborate with other team members in providing support to the customer
• Proven ability to work in a matrix organization
• Fluent communication in English and Arabic Languages
• Basic knowledge in the areas of food safety and ATEX
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Good communication skills, including the ability to interface effectively with people inside and outside of the company
• Sound judgment and decision making skills
• Innovative Thinking
• Flexible and willing to travel.
