Ceva Egypt is hiring “National Poultry Sales Manager”
Job objective: To guarantee the implementation of the strategic and the commercial policy within Egypt and sets up the commercial action plan in order to guarantee the achievement of the country T.O and profit margin objectives. He will report to the country General Manager and manage a team.
Job responsibilities:
1. Market’s insight generation: Perform an analysis of current production practices, market share, competitive activity and opportunity.
2. Preparing and executing the Sales Plan : Design the national business plan for the following year in collaboration with marketing and General Manager , based on the marketing plan and yearly budget.
3. Create annual brand sales forecasts for production and budget needs.
4. Developing & preserving relationships: Prospect calls on potential new corporate account partners.
5. Negotiating : Negotiate and execute contracts of new agreements, including business case development and analysis to evaluate the impact to Ceva and the targeted accounts.
6. Reporting : Share the analysis of current production practices, market share, competitive activity and opportunity with Corporate levels.
7. Managing sales results & outcomes : Develop and supervise comprehensive sales strategies, implementation and training plans for designated products to meet sales objectives based on corporate’s strategy.
8. Work with Ceva Leadership to develop achievable targets for the country’s BU and peruses high value sales.
9. Define risks and opportunities to produce an annual forecast based on internal and external business data.
10. Impact & influence, create a high level of confidence on the product: Provide consistent communication on new business opportunities.
11. Facilitate consistent communications and partnership with Ceva Technical Services

Qualifications:
Education: A bachelor’s degree in veterinary medicine,
Experience: 3-5 years’ experience as Sales manager is a Must. Preferably Poultry vaccine experience Within multinational company
- Minimum 10 years of solid experience in Selling & Customer management in the AH (poultry Vaccines ).
- Strategic thinking, thrive in execution excellence.
- Demonstrate effective communication
- Advanced Leadership & Managerial skills
- Excellent command of English Language
- Excellent presentation and analytical skills
- Excellent Negotiation & Problem solving skills
