Job duties and responsibilities
- Open new sales channels and accounts for the company portfolio
- Deliver sales objectives within his/her district and throughout each territory
- Track and facilitate the collection process with key accounts in collaboration with the sales team and stick to the related plans
- Support the hiring process of new talented sales team
- Ensure application of the company core values
- Promote and follow company strategic priorities, polices, regulations, and management rules/codes in his/her overall practices and activities
- Ensure efficient allocation of the available resources to execute the agreed territory action plans accurately
- Plan for his/her territory and take all required action on time to ensure accurate customer engagement
- Continuously review his/her team level of knowledge; product, competitors, selling skills, administrative duties, and company policies. This is accomplished through day-to-day interaction and team meetings.
- Set a mentor plan based on a comprehensive review of his/her Sales Reps proficiencies and learning abilities and lead his/her time to ensure their development through on-the-Job mentor sessions
- Set Individual Developmental plans based on a comprehensive review of the Sales Reps aspirations, their key areas of strengths and areas of development.
- Ensure accurate on time execution of the agreed action plans in the SRs individual developmental plans to help their team deliver their sales and non-sales short term objectives and achieve their long-term aspirations
- Ensure accurate segmentation of the targeted customers and accurate allocation of the SRs time per segment as per the overall marketing strategies
- Coordinate and build cross functional networks to ensure a smooth work flow and partners teamwork
- Build and maintain positive relationships with key customers in coordination with sales representatives
- Consistently review and analyze the performance records of his/her area and each representative reporting to him/her, resolve where performance deviates from established goals, investigate the cause for lack of progress, and take remedial action
- Submit reports to his/her direct manager on his/her activities, promotional programs, competitor’s activities, the overall performance of his/her area including preparing a written evaluation of individual field visits

Essential for the role
Applicants should possess the following qualifications to go through initial screening:
- Business administration or equivalent qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years’ Managerial Experience in Cosmeceutical or FMCG Company
- Strong market knowledge and stakeholders’ relations with Chain Pharmacies, distributors, Hypermarkets, major drug stores..etc
- Multinational company experience would be a plus
- Proven managerial, communication & leadership skills
- Effective interpersonal and team building skills
