In order to succeed in this position the candidate must have a solid technical understanding of the company and its products compiled with sociable and outgoing personality to build rapport with potential clients.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Civil Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering
3+ years of relevant experience
Strong negotiation skills
Interpersonal skills
Candidate must have excellent leadership skills, and commercial talent with a proven track of sales achievements within the Local/regional market
Strong knowledge and understanding of Engineering and Architecture design software.
Self-starter; combine customer focus with being service oriented and highly motivated;
Positive attitude, and has an eye for details.
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, and the ability to effectively present information to users and prospects via phone, web, and face-to-face;
Software proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required;
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in the AEC Industry
