Job specific responsibilities:
Ensure the availability of the application on a regular basis.
Ensure that the running of the Day-to-Day Applications Operations / administrations tasks (EOD, IR handling, users’ management … etc.).
Manage the deployments on the different environments.
Perform advanced troubleshooting and handle the operations of different e-Payment systems / applications and report any errors or bugs and participate in work around and applying solutions.
Review and handle reported complaints and issues.
Perform and manage the needed UAT testing for the assigned systems.
Performance of any job-related tasks assigned by direct manager.
Managerial responsibilities:
Setting goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company’s plans and vision.
Organize workflow and ensure that team members understand their duties or delegated tasks.
Monitor the team members productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching.

Specifications (Qualifications, Experience and Skills):
Knowledge / Skill Area:

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or above preferred Software Engineering or Computer Science.
Diploma/Certificate in first line management or relevant field is preferred.
Preferred Experience:
More than (6 years’ experience for the team Leader) and (9 years’ experience for the Supervisor) in the banking and transactions processing fields or government mission critical projects.
Proved experience in System Integrations.
Good Knowledge in (Java or .NET) and DB administrations.
