Duties and responsibilities:
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule as measured by company monthly sales report
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Achieve department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
Responsible to provide the customer the necessary company approved information
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
Analyze the market’s potential, track sales and status reports
Supply management with required reports on customer needs, and competitive activities
Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
Improve customer experience as measured by customer feed
Develop sales procedures

Requirements:
BS/BA degree or equivalent
Proven work experience as a sales representative
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Active and highly motivated person.
ability to build productive business professional relationships
Highly target driven with a proven track record in sales
Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
Ability to create and deliver presentations to the audience needs
Excellent command of English.
Awareness of industry’s latest technology trends and applications
Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills

Follow up customers on call 24h / 7 days.
