We are currently looking for:

– Telesales Manager – to set up and manage a Call Center Team in Cairo.

The position is based in Cairo – Egypt.

Job description

We are looking for a Telesales (Outbound) Manager to build and manage our call center in Cairo, for the Saudi Arabian market. The person that we are looking for combines:

  • Outstanding sales skills
  • Excellent data analysis skills
  • Leadership – a great business-oriented leader who will be effectively managing and expanding the company with us.

We are not only looking for a very good sales expert – we want an inspiring leader for whom any sales-related expertise is just the basic of his/her skills and ambitions.

Tasks:

  • Independent management of the telesales team to ensure the sales targets
  • Lead the team to ensure the right motivation and team spirit
  • Hiring, training and coaching of personnel
  • Database management to ensure the leads are used efficiently
  • Telesales software management
  • Advanced sales and database analysis and reporting
  • Implementation and maintenance of SOPs related to efficient reporting and team management

Requirements:

  • Highly-motivated leader that will be able to run the call center operations independently
  • Proven experience as Telesales director or equivalent
  • Experience selling various products, from various categories, of various characteristics
  • 10+ years of telesales / call center team management
  • Experience in setting up call centers and their infrastructures
  • Prior international experience a big plus
  • Knowledge of predictive system a plus
  • Very hard working – definitely not a 9-5 job
  • Open to go beyond the job description and take initiative
  • Fluent English
