Egybell is hiring a Sales Account Manager for one of the leading E-commerce platforms in the middle east.
Responsibilities & Duties:
-Achieving new deals by identifying and exploiting opportunities in the market.
-Working with sales manager to develop end to end sales processes to improve B2B Sales in general.
-Supporting sales manager to design new systems to address sales areas of opportunities from root cause analysis.
-Implementing high level of customer service by responding swiftly to queries and concerns from clients.
-Implementing good working relationships with existing clients.
-Introducing new products ideas and promoting them through regular visits and frequent communication with clients.
-Consulting on the most effective program for a particular need, while taking a number of factors into account.
-Cultivate business relationships and create an exceptional customer experience through the sales cycle.
-keeping update of current market conditions and competitors’ products.
-Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
– Prepare and deliver presentations on company services.
– Provide proposals and quotations to potential clients
– Provide timely and accurate reporting of pipeline and forecasts
– Achieve quarterly and annual revenue target.
– Keep accurate records and document client information gathered from call/visits.
– Protecting organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
– Performing any other jobs assigned by direct manager.

Qualifications:
– University degree in Business Administration or a closely related field.
– 5-7 years of experience preferably in B2B sales (Digital Marketing, Portal Management& E-commerce)
– Must Have a car.
– Very good interpersonal skills.
– Very good negotiation skills.
– High follow through drive and high self-motivation with an ability to handle work pressure and to meet tight deadlines.
– Strong reporting and presentation skills.
– Very good verbal and written communication skills.
– Strong problem solving skills.
– Must possess the highest levels of maturity, ethics and professional integrity.
– Very good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,).
– Very good command of written & spoken English and Arabic.
