Eva Pharma; a company who fights for health and wellbeing as a human right, a multinational pharmaceuitical company operates in more than 40 Countries, having a diverse top team of more than 3000 professional associates across the globe is looking to have a leader in M&A for its prospected business in USA with the following responsabilities and qualifications.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Increase enterprise value of Eva Pharma by successful M&A assets and integrating them to create shareholder value
- Source business growth opportunities across the globe
- Identify prospective targets and evaluate them for shareholder value creation
- Manage due diligence activities
- Lead the integration team to successfully achieve post acquisition integration.
Successful Candidates should have:
Experience:
- 10 years+ of relevant M&A transaction execution experience at a top-tier investment bank. alternatively 10+ collective experience or IB plus reputable PE firm or top 4 management consulting firms
Education:
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree
- MBA from one of the top 20 universities worldwide is a very big plus

- Ability to comfortably manage multiple projects simultaneously, in highly dynamic environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

- Ability to operate with a high degree of sensitivity and confidentiality
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
- Qualities of superman or superwoman is a big plus!
