Everteam Global Services / Ever Business Solutions is an international software provider that brings about 30 years of leadership and innovation combined in Enterprise Resource Planning, Content Services, Process Services, and Data Governance.

Our business solutions department is expanding its team in Egypt and is looking for a motivated ERP sales Manager.

You will help us grow our ERP/software business in Odoo through strategic lead generation, research, and cold outreach via phone calls and emails. You will also use your experience in sales to work with management to refine our sales strategy, messaging, and sales process.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and managing sales cycles from lead capture to sales closure.
  • Responsible for achieving quarterly & annual sales targets.
  • Responsible for development of account plans for selected named accounts
  • Responsible for the overall planning, strategy, direction and control of all sales in the allocated accounts; achievement of agreed sales targets; and the development of future sales plans.
  • Experience working with Odoo.
  • Generate new leads, identify and contact decision makers, screen potential business opportunities, select the deals in line with strategies, and lead for closure.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree
  • A proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Experience selling ERP software solutions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of energy, drive, intellect, enthusiasm, initiative, and commitment; including the ability to work in a high pressure, fast moving environment
  • Self-motivated to expand personal professional knowledge of product and selling skills, and pursue high performance achievement
  • Strong communication skills, over the phone and face to face, and capable of managing professional sales presentations.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent sales cycles.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with team members
  • Perfect verbal and written Arabic/English fluency
