We are searching for an experienced and self-driven Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to join our marketing team! As a CMO, you will be responsible for defining and implementing our marketing and growth programs. You will be able to roll up your sleeves to get started and will have the resources to build a team, internally and externally, to help you execute on the strategy you develop.
Job Responsibilities:
- Set marketing goals and objectives
- Plan, implement and manage marketing strategy
- Design, plan and execute effective marketing campaigns
- Create content marketing strategy
- Build marketing department
- Determine KPIs for marketing department
- Keep the marketing budget in check
- Track KPIs on a regular basis and present reports
- Create and present the annual marketing plan and strategy
- Use data and reports to make evidence-based decisions

Job Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience developing and executing go-to-market plans including targeted paid advertising, online and offline events, and content marketing
- You are a self-starter, organized and self-motivated with the ability to define goals and prioritize your work
- Strong analytical and writing skills. You are comfortable with data and analytics, and you can clearly communicate your results and ideas
- Hands on experience with CRM and SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Adwords, etc.
- At least 10 years of experience in marketing
