Sounds like you? Then we have the right opportunity – we are looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist with solid program and change management skills and people development mind-set. In this amazing role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing programs and projects related to Sales development across the Learning Solution Lifecycle where you’ll partner with L&D, Business/Function and other stakeholders to create strategic and operational planning for sales development programs. You’ll identify training requirements and manage the operational structure necessary to meet learning and development objectives. You’ll also plan and develop training programs and/or related operational systems and processes to meet target audience needs and to ensure the quality of design and development of training, including change management for a wide audience of sales roles in the organisation.

How You’ll Make Your Mark
- You will develop, implement and manage continuous onboarding experience for various sales roles
- You’ll manage the Sales Enablement program lifecycle for the organization
- You’re able to able to work toward operational goals such as the management of financial planning, budgeting and tracking/reporting the progress of initiatives
- You’ll contribute to the introduction of new methods and processes for improving enablement and sales efficiency
- You’ll orchestrate governance and tactical planning to deliver against monthly goals
- You’ll align the plan of action with the eco-system (Inside sales, field sales force, presales, BU, WW, partners)
- You’ll identify and promote best practices
About You
- You’re a Subject Matter Expert on Sales Enablement who stays abreast of current market or technology trends, provides guidance and consults on any relative topic to wide audiences
- You have strong project or program management skills
- You have strong facilitation and consulting skills
- Strong business and financial planning skills
- You have experience in sales, strategy, planning, operations, finance, or related functional area including managing moderate to large projects in an international environment
