The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring and troubleshooting our product and project to resolve our customers’ technical issues. You will support the customer by acting as the liaison between the customer and other internal teams. Your ability to work in complex networking environment will also make you an ideal candidate.
Job Responsibilities:
· Undertaking testing and commissioning activities in line with the specified site/project requirements
· Ensuring that equipment works to its specification
· Creating and carrying out test procedures
· Ensuring the safe testing and commissioning of completed installations to achieve the necessary performance in accordance with project program requirements, such as POC/Demo
· Sensitive to client’s requirement and can always capture what the client want. Able to design the solution, be responsible for the technical part of the solution preparation and answering questions, etc., and provide product solutions that meet the needs of the project
· Providing technical support, training, product promotion, Troubleshooting and investigating problems and diagnosing and repairing faults

Job Requirements:
· 3-5 years CCTV or security industry experience with full knowledge of technical skills
· Experience in dealing with Projects management
· Experience in Product selection and solution design
· Excellent public speaking skills and Good at making presentations
· Capable to deal with both pre-sales and after sales support
· Sensitive and always updated to new technology
· Strong logic and a sharp ability to locate technical issues
· Enthusiastic and responsible at his/her work
· Good command on written and spoken English, experience in making testing reports and feedback would be an advantage
· HIKVISION HCSP certification is preferred
· Capable of demand analysis and system architecture design for security and IT solution
