HustlerMarketing is looking for an Account Manager.

This is a fully remote position at a fast-growing start-up digital agency, full of great people from all over the world, and exciting projects.

What you’ll do:

• Be in charge of 6 to 8 figure eCommerce clients looking to increase their revenue.
• Planning and implementing the Email Marketing strategy (mainly through Klaviyo)
• Managing a Team of professional CopyWriters and Designers to develop the necessary marketing campaigns.
• Making sure the communication with your clients is on point and their satisfaction (and ROI) continues to increase.

[REMOTE] Account Manager – Marketing

What you’ll need:

• At least 1-year experience working in digital marketing, ideally in Email Marketing and for one employer where you can showcase consistent results
• Consistent capacity of 30-35h/week (140h/m)
• Being available and responsive during 15:00 – 18:00 BCN Time (Mon-Fri)
• Fluent English speaking, reading and writing (doesn’t need to be native language)
• Previous remote work experience (familiar with slack, asana, and G-Suite)
• Being Results-driven
• Confident presentation skills alongside high levels of energy
• Very high attention to detail
• Learning/adapting fast
• Common sense (ability to think outside out the box and figuring things out)
• Being accountable, consistent and responsible (radical ownership)
• Owning a laptop or PC with a fast, stable internet connection

All of this starts after a 1 month mutual assessment period at half time rate and workload.

A full-time month for us is considered 140 tracked hours. The salary is based on performance and seniority (with $800 being the minimum for full-time and $1.2K the maximum – this will depend on your performance and seniority.)
