- Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness.
- Booking/Accounting of All supplier invoices
- Processing of Payments for all suppliers
- Reconciliation with Supplier Statement of account on month basis
- Processing of petty cash payments
- Verification of I-Expense.
- Verification of claims from All regions
المهارات
- Education Required: Diploma -Accounting/ Finance.
- SOCPA Membership.
- Strong understanding of accounting aspects like balance sheets, cash flow management, business forecast, and profitability.
- Proven command of negotiation skills to build long-lasting partnerships with clients.
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
- Sound knowledge of different types of financial reports and balance sheets.
- Hands-on experience in handling MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint.
