IQVIA is looking for a talented and passionate Digital Project Manager to join our team in Egypt.You will be responsible for the day-to-day management and smooth execution of various digital projects, including mobile apps, online tools, Data warehousing, web applications and advertising campaigns.
For this position, we expect you to:
Work closely with customers & functional leads in the BU to understand the product vision and turn it into a reality.
Prepare functional specifications, wireframes working closely with the customers and functional leads.
Establish the project structure to deliver the project end to end smoothly.
Provide leadership, motivation, support and direction to project teams.
To define and deliver one or more concurrent projects ensuring assigned projects are conducted professionally and delivered according to agreed business objectives, agreed schedule and agreed budget.
To ensure that the software developed is developed consistently within the business and departmental strategic vision.
To liaise with the other Global Development groups as necessary to ensure the successful delivery of required projects.
To manage Delivery center resource / (third party) outsourced resources, both onshore and offshore.
Provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders consistently.
Travel percentage, 20-30%.

Accountability and Responsibility:
Plan, direct, control, monitor and report this work on a project basis.
Determine the scope of the project, gather, analyze and document clients’ requirements and receive sign—off from the clients prior the planning and execution phases.
Manage client interface and ensure project team achieves efficient and effective project delivery.
Deliver project on time while ensuring quality standards.
Highlight potential risks and propose how to mitigate.
Communicate with the teams effectively and ensure a seamless project execution.
Gain clients’ loyalty by demonstrating strong communication skills, work proactively with the key stakeholders of the project and work together with the clients to build a long-term relationship
Execute projects in an agile approach and/or waterfall method.
Requirements:
Proven track record as a digital project manager who has delivered projects successfully.
Be able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Work with multiple projects and likely in parallel.
Team and communication management skills.
Work in a diversified environment with different backgrounds, skills, competencies while showing flexibility and fast adaptation.
Strive for the project success through dedication and collaboration.
Proven experience of networking, identifying and building relationships internally and throughout the company.

Knowledge and Experience:
BSc degree in computer science or equivalent field
Must have at least 7 years of experience in IT domain
Must have at least 4 years of previous IT project management experience within a software development role.
Hands-on experience with project management tools like MS projects
PMP and/or Scrum is preferred
