Job Description
- Prepare Contracts, liaise with production teams to understand usage of the systems and upload the offer information on to our systems.
- Coordinate with IQVIA regional and global teams to ensure revenue alignment and approvals.
- Manage invoices and follow up with customers on POs and payments.
- Prepare analytical reports for practice leads.
- Performs reconciliation on data as needed.
- Present a written analysis to supervisor.
- Demonstrate interpersonal skills necessary to build effective business relationships with co-workers and teams.

Qualifications & Skills Needed
- University degree and minimum 1 year related work experience.
- Financial background would be beneficial.
- Fluent with computer capabilities including word processing, spreadsheet, database entry, PowerPoint and opportunity management systems.
- Possess analytical, organizational and problem solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively (written and oral).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and manage deadlines.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
