Research nurses are able to perform many study-related procedures which can be safely conducted off-site.
Responsibilities:
Vital signs (BP, temperature, respiratory rate), 12- lead ECG, weight.
IMP administration –IV, subcutaneous, oral, nebulizer inhaler.
Blood and urine sample collection, processing, transport.
Adverse event and concomitant medication recording.
(e) CRF completion, diary review, data entry
Qualifications:
Education:
- Required: Bachelor’s Degree
- nurses’ GCP certificate (preferred)
Experience:
- Registered nurse 2 years post-registration.
- ICH Good clinical practice training.
-previous experience of working in the NHS.
- Able to work autonomously and as part of the team. Licensure, Certification, Registration:
-Licensed Registered nurse. - Must maintain current licensure and certification during duration of employment.
