General Manager (m/f/d) – Egypt, based in Cairo
This exciting position encompasses the establishment of a new subsidiary in Cairo and the complete sales and business development for the Egyptian B2B & B2C market, which includes:
- Building up and leading a successful and professional team (e.g. sales, finance, customer service, order management);
- Ensuring a strong business cooperation, profitable growth and a lasting relationship with our dealers and expanding direct sales channels perspectively;
- Being directly involved in sales and taking over responsibility for P&L, budgeting, forecasting and setting up a mid- and long-term strategy;
- Overseeing the operations and performance of the organization and managing its compliance with legal and regulatory requirements;
- Being a central figure in promoting the organization’s culture and its shared values especially during a phase of rapid growth.
For this exciting and growth-oriented position you should possess:
- A relevant education university degree and a proven track record of success in senior level general or sales management for an international brand;
- A background both in B2B and B2C sales management for an international company, with both operational and strategic exposure;
- Extensive experience in handling dealer networks and direct customers, in combination with a highly customer-centric approach;
- Proven leadership skills in guiding a multidisciplinary team and ensuring their continuous professional development;
- Fluency in Arabic and English;
- An outgoing personality, high analytical skills, a self-starting attitude and the strong desire to add value to the organization.
