LNDDO Holding, a leading FinTech financial institution, is expanding its operation to support one of its licensed subsidiaries in the UAE and is seeking an Office Manager to manage the entire administration function of our office in Egypt.
Responsibilities
- Manage the entire administration function of the office
- Arranging Traveling and Schedule of Executive Management
- Negotiation with suppliers
- Coordinate and organize office activities
- Meeting and greet visitors at office
- Managing inbound calls and outgoing correspondence
- Handling various Government Affairs
Requirements
- 7+ years’ experience in Egypt, preferably in a Financial Services or Technology driven company
- Graduate with a bachelors degree from an accredited university
- Excellent organization and administration skills
- Ability to work independently without supervision
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic
- Experience with administrative and clerical work
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Professional, friendly and upbeat demeanor
