Job Purpose:
Responsible for Leading and Planning of all Preventive and Proactive Maintenance Activities
Normal Shutdown activities
Weekly / Periodic Maintenance Shifts activities
Production lines Annual Overhauling,
Support Utilities Engineer in planning and executing Utilities overhauling
Owns and develops of site Master preventive and predictive plan,
Owns and develops site annual Calibration plan
Owns and develops annual Thermographic surveys, Motors current analysis
Planning / Issuing Daily Work Orders for PM Technicians
Support Site Projects and Engineering Teams during Design, Installation and Commissioning Phases for any New Project
Plan / Lead Value Stream Annual Overhauling
Coordinate with the Planner to define Tasks duration, Tools, Resources needed for all Lines Shutdown Activities

Responsible for spare parts utilization and manage all store room issues
Securing site operations though maintaining healthy manufacturing IT systems which secures total mars inc. operations
Maintain site controls library updated as well implementing CI projects for improving controls reliability.
Cyber security program owner on site, develop and execute actions to keep the site secured from external malware attacks
Positon requires up to date knowledge of IT systems and networking
Support site electrical team in complex BDs
Responsible for keeping controls backup library updated
Responsible for maintaining the status of site manufacturing IT scope
Manufacturing servers
Site clients, Layer 2 & layer 3 switches
Office-factory firewall.
Responsible for running maintenance and warranty contracts with servers/switches OEMs or representatives
Run regular security patches over different factory stations
Is a member of factory IT committee and responsible for auditing system integrity and update global IT metrics with status and actions
This position also actively participates and contributes to the success of the site reliability improvement program and the continuous improvement teams in operations
Qualifications
university graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Automation Engineering
Hands on experience from 3 to 5 years
Experience in SAP system is a must
Fluent English speaker
