Job description
Master PET is hiring an International Sales Manager to do the following:
An International Sales Manager is responsible for coordinating the sales department’s global operations through sales volume monitoring and establishing goals. International Sales Managers maintain the company’s global sales for products, and create methodical procedures and ideas to attract and persuade international clients to buy. In addition, it is their duty to plan, inspire, and motivate the sales workforce, and prepare and create daily, monthly, and annual sales reports. They also design and enforce a variety of assessment programs and plans.

Responsibilities
· Prepare monthly reports and provide and effective recap of performance and review same.
· Design various innovative marketing strategies to increase sales for all product launches.
· Maintain all activities related to product marketing and provide support to sales and establish effective marketing communication.
· Develop and maintain good professional relationships with main accounts and strategic partners of company.
· Coordinate with marketing team to determine international marketing application and ensure compliance with company’s rule.
· Analyze and identify appropriate partner for each product in geographic market.
· Monitor and recommend improvement to sales plans to achieve all key business objectives.
· Provide new business setups and implement same for new product lines and ensure growth.
· Provide and implement various company pricing policies.
· Design sales contacts for all vertical markets.
· Maintain efficient relationship with all international customers.
· Establish sales campaigns targeted at specific vertical and product markets.
· Assist global agents with technical backup, project implementation for all marketing strategies.

Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
· Minimum 10 years of experience in sales
· Strong oral and written communication skills
· Proven ability to lead a team to meet quotas
· Excellent leadership skills
· Experience setting sales goals
· Results-oriented with strong analytical skills
· Deep understanding of CRM systems and best practices
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
· Fluent in Arabic and English.
Work Conditions:
· Gender: Male.
· 6 working days (Friday off).
· Working hours from 8:00 am to 4:00 Pm.
· Company location: 10th of Ramadan.
· Salary: Negotiable.
