The Required CRM Solution Architect should have extensive experience in managing technical delivery using MS Dynamics Technology for Government, Telecommunication, and Enterprises entities. Areas of expertise include system architecture design, development, management, software and training.
Role Responsibilities
▪ Delivery responsibilities:
– Provide customer technical consultation and vision
– Manage Overall CRM Solution Architecture
– Manage Project Team from a technical project management perspective
– Manage the CRM practice resources from Mentoring and Skills Enhancements prospective
– Manage Overall Technical Architecture for CRM related projects
– Manage Technical Time Estimations and technical tasks planning
– Provide technical consultation to the customer
– Responsible for the systems integration design and development
▪ Pre-Sales responsibilities:
– Might be responsible as well to provide Staffing plan and technical proposal writing for the sales opportunities
– Provide solution technical architecture
– Design technical solution
– Conduct customer technical sessions
– Manage external systems integration design aspecs
– Manage technical time estimations and technical tasks planning
– Technologies Used: Dynamics 365
Requirements:
– Bachelor degree in Computer Science or any related field
– Has 10+ years of work experience with CRM solutions
– Willing to work on a longterm project in UAE
– Fluency in English language
▪ Technical Expertise
– Operating Systems: Windows, Linux
– Programming Languages: C#, T-SQL, JavaScript
– Technologies: Dynamics CRM
▪ Required knowledge areas and/or Certifications
– Azure Cloud
– Microsoft Dynamics CRM Customization and Configurations
– Microsoft CRM Customization & Configurations (MCP)
