Job Summary:
The job purpose of HR Operations Manager in
a MSC (Major Service Center) is to support line managers
to successfully and professionally manage
their people by providing:
· HR Consulting (In line with functional HR strategy determined
by HR Business Partners)
· Specialized Expert Teams by using programs and policies developed by and together with HR Global Functions and HR Business Partners
· Common Local HR Services that are regionally or locally adopted and agreed by Regional Head
· Tools and support on tools for self services.

Functional Responsibilities:
· Manage the HR functions to guarantee the efficient delivery of the HR functional contribution to the company in the short and long term;
· Constantly review organization structures and manning numbers in order to enhance productivity and ensure that the organization structure supports the current and future business need.
· To initiate and support the job description and job evaluation process to ensure that the company’s distribution of key accountabilities and role profiles are fully aligned
· Develop and implement recruitment plan to ensure that the company is seen as the Employer of Choice and right recruitment processes and selection techniques are in place to recruit the right employee
· Maintain the company performance management system, reward structure and career succession planning in order to deliver efficient processes for managing recruitment, performance, leadership, organizational culture and reward structure
· Ensure that all processes that are linked with performance management and career succession planning are monitored by the HR team in order to ascertain that all employees are equipped with the appropriate skills and knowledge to perform to their best

· Ensure the MSC HR team is adequately resourced and
trained to meet the needs of the business.
Maintain leading edge knowledge on HR issues
in order to act as a Local Business Partner
· Provide guidance and direction to the MSC HR team to ensure the implementation of the HR strategy and plans
· Provide expert advice and coaching to managers to help them achieve their people objectives and initiate actions to motivate and engage people
· Maintain and manage the HR systems and tools through efficient usage to ensure data integrity of all staff records in Egypt
· Build multi-functional relationships, both as a member of the top team and when working with people across all functions on a day to day basis, creating an environment where information and resources are shared in pursuit of business goals
· Manage and implement the compensation and benefits programs and policies to ensure that the organization is properly positioned in concurrence with the company strategy
· Ensure having a workable HR filing and record archiving system
· To deliver a high quality HR service, ensure best practice standards, practices, processes and systems are applied and adhered to

Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate will:
· Possess a university degree ideally in Human Resource Management or a related business discipline
· Demonstrate a minimum 10 years’ experience in Human Resources whereas 3 years’ at management level
· Have experience and sound knowledge of employment legislation and interpretation of local labour law
· Demonstrate extensive knowledge of HR policy and practices such as talent, performance, learning, reward, succession planning;
· Be fluent in both English and Arabic
