Responsibilities
- Maintains healthy trend of new sales and revenue income over the year
- Handles responses to tenders (RFP and RFQs), throughout the whole cycle, including technical responses, clarifications and presentations to the customer
- Provides accurate forecast at the start of each quarter subject to the agreed
- Increases the customer base by adding new accounts
- Increases the customer satisfaction by manage the account is a professional way .

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree of communication/ computer engineering
- 1-3 years of experience in technical sales preferably in Data Center solutions

Raya Holding for Financial Investments is looking to hire an Investors Relations and Corporate Finance Section Head with the below job responsibilities and qualifications:
Responsibilities:
Establishes and maintains cooperative relationships with regulatory authorities, brokerages companies and investment houses
Manages and is responsible for complying with all regulatory requirements for listing and continuation of listing on the Egyptian Stock Exchange
Manages the planning and directing development and communication of informational programs to maintain a favorable public and stockholder perceptions of the Group’s accomplishments and agenda
Manages expectations and keeps a close eye on the financial and operational forecasts circulating in the marketplace
Develops an Investor Relations Kit to be distributed in events, sponsorships and Analysts meetings;

Attends investors conferences and provides investors’ feedback to management
Maintains corporate development and Investor Relations communication materials, presentations, database, and resources
Responds to requests for information from financial media sources, designate research analysts and investors
Engages with investment bankers with regards to M&A opportunities, and follow-through with due-diligence and investment deal closing
Manages and coordinates all the Group’s Debt Capital Markets (DCM) transactions, including Corporate Bonds, Securitized Bonds, Sukuk, and other similar offerings.
Formulates business plans, feasibility studies, financial models, and any related presentations, pitches and/or teasers, related to any ad-hoc Investment and/or Corporate Finance endeavors
Manages the annual update and constant development of the Corporate Governance Code for the Group
Maintains the Investor Relations bilingual website, to be up-to-date with all relevant corporate disclosures
Manages organizing all shareholders’ meetings (OGMs/EGMs), handle all dividends distribution procedures, and manage all related newspaper publications
Raya طالبين Sales Account Manager
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or other relevant major
- 5-6 years (for Section Head), of relevant professional work experience in the fields of Equity Research, Investment Banking, Corporate Banking, Private Equity, Asset Management, Corporate Finance, Investor Relations, or Credit Risk Management
- A Master’s Degree (MBA, MSc) is a plus
- Very good negotiation skills
- Excellent complex problem solving skills
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Excellent leadership and coaching skills
- Knowledge in Investment & Capital Markets
