Sales Manager is needed ( El Gouna Branch)
Description:
Remaal Properties is currently hiring an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in El Gouna.
About the job:
– Support and control sales team
– Provide direct coaching and training to the sales agents
– Collect consistent feedback from sales agents about their workflow, any issues related to leads, operations, system or developers.
– Perform monthly evaluations ( KPIs) with your team and report to sales director.
– Assist and Negotiating with potential clients about their orders or needs
– Follow up contact clients, conduct effective meeting with clients
– Maintaining relationships with clients.
