Your Role – International, Challenging And Future-Oriented!
In this role you will be responsible for development, exploitation, and maximization of the demand & penetration for Siemens electrical products by different types of products distributors and identify potential customers. Develop pricing & sales strategies for official distributors with the goal of attaining profitable business growth, while ensuring customers satisfaction.
The product range covers electrical products for power distribution and control used for various market segments, and customer applications.
Job Responsibilities:
- Selling Siemens Electrical Power & Control products persuasively, persistently, and confidently to local distributors.
- Develop and present attractive distributorship agreements to potential & existing products distributors in a technically and commercially challenging business environment
- Develop distribution network further to ensure availability of Siemens components in all geographical regions in Egypt
- Technical advisor for distribution partners on Low Voltage and Control Products and responsible for positioning the different portfolios in the market
- Conduct promotions and marketing initiatives with distribution partners to maximize stock-movement and re-stocking
- Collaborate with other Siemens business units, to offer total electrical power solution to meet different customer requirements.
- Lead the local distribution network and work with sales team to ensure best market approach
- Build-up, target and initiate contact with multiple prospective customers. Develops network of contacts. Understand and leverage the sales process checkpoints.

Your Qualifications And Skills – Digital And Solid!
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
- At least 5-8 years of sales experience in the Electrical Power & Control Products in Egypt. Knowledge of Siemens portfolio is preferred
- Strong technical knowledge of Electrical Power & Control technologies, IEC and UL requirements, applicable codes and standards
- Proven track record in sales and business development of Electrical Products Distribution network
- Excellent communicator who is independent, resourceful, and analytical
- Strong social and interpersonal skills
- Strong standout colleague that actively gives to the group’s success
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in addition to strong organizational skills
- Validated organizational and multi-tasking skills, with the capability to effectively prioritize and balance workload
- Demonstrates outstanding selling skills for important customer services and applications under a variety of challenging circumstances
