Working as a KAM at Signify is dynamic. We’re looking for a Key Account Manager based in Cairo, who’ll be responsible for building and fostering relationships with named key accounts to maximize sales and profitability with these accounts.
You’ll be part of the Signify Prof team in Egypt, so having an in-depth understanding of the customer strategy in the country and defining an account strategy that drives profitable high growth opportunities for Signify as well as operationally managing the execution must be in your DNA.

What you’ll do
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with key personnel at named accounts.
- Maximize sales opportunities by increasing Signify share of accounts’ purchases.
- Create action plans to penetrate key accounts, identify multiple stakeholders and engage internal resources while driving the sales process.
- Drive for highest levels of customer satisfaction understanding challenges that are critical to customers and takes a solution-based approach
- Participate in customer and/or industry events as needed.
- Embrace the culture of the organization and places the interest of the company above ones own interest respecting GBP

Strategic

What You’ll Need
5+ years of proven track record in key account management and consultative selling principles in a fast paced technology industry.
5+ years of strong history of quota achievement with stellar experience presenting products and services to accounts
3+ years of value based selling in a market/customer facing role
Qualification
Bachelors degree in technology/sciences, business management, or a related discipline
