Duties And Responsibilities
- Form strong online communities through our various social media platforms
- Create and implement a social media strategy based on competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification.
- Develop and share daily content that forges meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
- Set up and optimize Speakol’s social media accounts and pages to increase the company’s visibility and brand awareness.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop social media ad campaigns that help achieve Speakol’s marketing goals.
- Monitor and positively interact with users on Speakol’s social media accounts.
- Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy of each community.
- Develop editorial calendars and syndication schedules.
- Analyze social media data/metrics and insights, determine the best practices then act accordingly.
- Collaborate with the team to create creative, engaging content for the company’s blog.
- Collaborate with other departments, including business development and sales, among others, to develop and manage Speakol’s brand.

Qualifications
- Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations
- Exceptional verbal, written, and communication skills in both Arabic and English
- Work experience in the field of social media marketing or as a digital media specialist.
- Demonstrate adequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRM, and SEO.
- Demonstrate social networking experience and knowledge of social analysis tools
- Demonstrate expertise with running digital ads.
- Show a strong understanding of online marketing and marketing channels.
- Positive attitude, customer-oriented with organizational skills, and ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Photography and video editing skills are preferable.
