Spirax Sarco Egypt is now opening the vacancy for the position ” Projects Sales Leader Engineer “
Job Purpose:
Effectively and efficiently direct and coordinate the work assigned to him and personally participate, to an extent, direct sales effort to ensure the achievement of the set targets in the area of sales projects, customer base increase, customer satisfaction and retention following Customer First Strategy.
Efficient execution of integrated projects following strategy and department planning.
Provide Projects Manager with all needed information and adequate advice and recommendations to support planning and decision-making for the Sales Department.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Ensure the achievement of the set targets through proper coordination and participation in
integrated projects and customer service effort
2. Assign integrated projects targets and customer groups and follow up on progress toward
achieving targets to ensure being on the right track and take timely corrective action.

3. Participate personally, to an extent, and direct sales effort to maximize fulfillment of
objectives.
4. Bidding to customer tenders in integrated projects inquiries to leverage the opportunity of
achieving the set goals.
5. Monitor competitive sales practices to come up and recommend ones that improve the
company’s competitive position.
6. Assign targets in the areas of customer base increase, and customer satisfaction and retention
and ensure their achievement as well as participate personally in the customer service effort:
A. Promote partnering with Legal Counsel, Turnkey Contractors, Customers and Consultancy
Firms.
B. Ensure that customers are provided with adequate support and consultations to ensure
their growth and loyalty by conducting customer satisfaction surveys.
C. Establish and maintain direct and indirect contact with customer and other market key
players to secure and develop the company’s network of business partners.
D. Conduct regular office and field visits to Legal Counsel, Turnkey Contractors, Customers
and Consultancy Firms to get direct feedback on the company’s total market
performance, customer satisfaction, actual and trade prices, deals violations, supply-
demand compatibility levels, etc.
E. If needed, personally oversee the resolution of customer complaints.
F. Set the weekly delivery plan and follow up its implementation to ensure timely, safe
delivery of products and monitor and report cash flow.
7. Overall management of projects:
A. Representing the company in the site and enhance relationships in dealings with Legal
Counsel, Turnkey Contractors, Customers, Consultancy Firms and regulatory authorities to
ensure all agreements are implemented in high quality standards.
B. Bidding to customer tenders, negotiating integrated projects quotation, execution,
drawings and terms of delivery advised by operations and payments.
C. Supervising resources and equipment to achieve contract completion within budget and
time.
D. Supervising the installation and commissioning of the project to ensure that our products
will perform well based on the company quality standards.
E. Participating in regular meetings to identify problems, target dates, issues, delays
execution of work to ensure timely project completion.
F. Projects tracking from conception to completion.
G. Ensure that all HSE policy and procedures are followed.

8. Provide Projects Manager with all needed information and adequate advice and
recommendations to support planning and decision-making for the ESSU Department.
Job Requirements:
Education : BA of Mechanical Power Engineering
Experience : 5+ years in the area of Projects
Competency: Communication, Collaboration, Results Oriented, Resilience & Strength and
Emotionally Intelligent
Abilities : Quantitative Reasoning & Mental Agility
Knowledge & Language: Excellent command of English and computer literacy
