- Assisting users to identify and correct hardware and software problems.
- Carry out in-depth technical research for the designated tasks and create detailed recommendation reports.
- Prepare accurate paperwork and facilitate the in-house team in carrying out technical evaluations.
- Facilitating the proper installment of hardware upgrades and associated activities.
المهارات
- Capable of installing, upgrading, troubleshooting, and repairing (at the component level) any of the personal computers in the assets inventory.
- Skilled in fixing issues pertaining to smartphone applications and software.
- Adept professional with a thorough knowledge of upgrades and other activities of required hardware components.
- Remarkable command on the installation of computer OS and handling client software on the network.
