About the Position
We have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced Sales Support & Admin professional to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. The position lies within the European Middle East and Africa Zone. You’ll be working in a high performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. You’ll be reporting into the Head of Sales dotted line to the National Sales Manager Get ready for a lot of exposure to internal senior stakeholders. The achievement of topline and bottom line financial targets (GSV, NSV and CMA). You’re constantly looking for implementation and monitoring of IMS Nationwide, distribution and visibility objectives, oversees the resources allocation and workflow of all support actives including data collection, and preparation reports to support sales team.
In brief, you will be responsible to
- Work closely with HOS / NSMs to align data collection and Sales trend analysis and ensure quality of data and accuracy.
- Propose/ communicate operational KPIs and monitor the actual achievement on a national level.
- Achieve sales objectives in value through cascading down these targets to RSM’s & channel managers
- Coordinate with Demand and Supply, marketing and sales team planning for the Monthly Sales Review (MSR) to clear up the current market situation and monitor stocks.
- Develop sales information reports according to sales management needs.
- Monitor and develop route to market. Ensure the right allocation of Products.
- Regular meeting with the distributors on monthly basis to ensure that the distributors are performing their roles and implement the business category/channel strategies set by Kraft Heinz.

Qualifications
Hard Skills
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Management & Marketing as the medium of University education
- Work experience of 3-5 years at a Managerial level. Prior work experience in an FMCG environment is important
- A high degree of familiarity and practice of IT skills related to use of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, MS Excel
A strong command over English with an ability to understand and communicate clearly and effectively
