Udacity is looking for a Business Development & Partnerships Associate to join our team in Cairo. This role is a mix of project management and partnership/client management. You will be responsible for developing, managing, tracking, and ensuring success across our programs. Your performance will be measured by how you manage existing partnerships and coordinate with Udacity student support, local partners, and stakeholders to ensure high graduation rates and broader career impact. Responsibilities
Act as a project manager for large projects with entities in Egypt, including government entities, semi-government entities, and donor corporations
Manage the process of applications, admissions, filtration of students to Udacity programs
Liaise between internal and external stakeholders at key milestones to deliver strong program outcomes
Measure, analyze and report student progress and project outcomes
Resolve and be the main point of contact for partners and Udacity’s student support team when they have concerns and suggestions
Support in career-building efforts
Establish and build relationships with local governments, NGOs, top-tech firms, and universities, to develop and roll-out training at a large scale
Meet quarterly and annual targets for revenue and users generated through government partnerships
Nurture and maintain relationships with integrity and professionalism

Requirements
Ability to speak and write in Arabic and in English fluently and idiomatically
Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
Comfortable manipulating large sets of data and developing insightful presentations
5-7+ years experience in end-to-end project management, partnerships, and client management, ideally in consulting, education/training, or technology
Proven track record managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders across geographies
Ability to handle mid to senior-level stakeholders
Ability to quickly identify and influence decision-makers
Ability to drive initiatives, execute independently and be resourceful
Strong organizational skills, ability to meet deadlines and manage several workstreams simultaneously
Adaptable in a fast-paced dynamic environment
Passion for learning and opportunity, digital transformation and tech-related projects
A strong team player who enjoys collaborating, asking for and providing help when necessary
Willingness to travel within and outside of Egypt
