Design and develop re-usable components and operational strategies in the cloud to support scalability, high availability, performance, monitoring, backup, restore, etc.

Perform software upgrades and installations as required in support of cloud strategy.
Assist with incident response, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and problem resolution.
Build an maintain an automated DevOps delivery/deployment model to enable continuous release of software into cloud environments,
Ensure SaaS application performance, scalability and high security, 24x7x365 global availability with high SLA achievement.

Manage full lifecycle of logging, monitoring, metering and diagnostic tools and frameworks in both production and non-production environments, leveraging native cloud provider services and potential 3rd party tools.
Work closely with core IT Infrastructure, Architecture, Security and Engineering groups focused on product-cloud ecosystem, understand technical and operational objectives, and drive results.
Develop an understanding of the application architecture in order to facilitate quick root-cause analysis for issues that occur in test and production environments.
Responsible for planning, implementation, and support of corporate cloud solutions.
Provides coaching, direction, and leadership support to team members in order to achieve partner, business, and customer results.

Job Requirements:
5+ years of hands-on cloud experience, supporting a diverse set of Systems Infrastructure technologies (VMware Cloud stack)and Virtualization environment (VMWare VSphere, or Microsoft Hyper-V).
3+ IaaS Cloud solutions (Openstack, vCloud Director, vRealize Automation), DaaS Solutions (XenDesktop, Horizon).
Should have experience working with All Flash Arrays, Hybrid Storage, FC, FC switches, FCoE, iSCSI, specialized NICs, network acceleration etc.,
Experience in all Intel based hardware systems and vendors (DELL, Cisco, HP, etc).
Experience with configuration management tools (Chef, Puppet, or Ansible), and public cloud experiences (AWS EC2/S3, Azure, ..)

Deep expertise in troubleshooting infrastructure issues is required.
Knowledge of IP networking, VPN’s, DNS, load balancing and firewalling.
Solid experience managing authentication and access using Active Directory, LDAP.
Knowledge of server systems design, RAID & disk subsystems, cluster management and cloud portability factors.
Experience with Chef, Puppet, Salt, or Ansible in production environments with many nodes will be a plus.
Prior experience with enterprise monitoring solutions (Nagios, and PRTG) will be a plus.
The following certifications is needed: VCP (DCV or NSX), ISM. Any other cloud certificate will be a plus.
