Role purpose: Lead an experienced team of NW Project Managers & PMO experts who are responsible for the delivery of Networks’ projects while meeting time, budget and quality targets throughout all project phases. The team should provide program performance reporting, projects administration, demand management, governance and resources management.
Key Accountabilities And Decision Ownership
- Lead a team of Program managers, Project managers & PMOs & manage all team related requirements.
- Manage the end to end delivery of Large and Mega, cross functional/ domain projects and ensuring customer Satisfaction.
- Manages all the projects related aspects (requirements, budget, resources, planning, reporting, etc.) towards the successful delivery of customer requirements, timely reporting to both customer and management, and addressing risks as they arise.
- Producing project documents such as RACI, PID, Issue logs, Risk Registers, Lessons Learned, etc.

Must Have Technical / Professional Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in electronics / telecommunications engineering.
- Project Management accreditation (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner)
Core Competencies, Knowledge And Experience
- 8+ years’ experience in project management/PMOs in the telecommunication & network field.
- Strong background in IT, mobile and/or fixed network technology (design, implementation and roll out of services).
- Track record of successful delivery of telecom/network projects.
- Proven international experience delivering projects across various countries using multicultural teams.
- Strong core network technical hands-on experience is a big plus.
