Business Process Owner of the Logistics Offer for Field Services in the country.Customer advocateOwn the visibility, the improvement and the Business dialog on the Field Services Supply Chain Performance
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
Deploy the Global Field Services Supply Chain Scorecard into the regionRun monthly performance capture process per GSC calendarDrive the Performance improvement across KPIs and geographiesDrive the Performance Review process between GSC management and Field Services ManagementWith main countries of the Logistics territoryWith regional Field Services Leaders and Global Field Services Supply Chain TeamSet and update the Field Services Logistic Offer in collaboration with business, Finance, CCC, CS&QOwn and maintain Field Services Logistic Offer enablement (CPC, Internal Customer masterdata) – by delegation or in partnership with Logistic Territory CLO ManagerAssess the relevancy of the Field Services Logistic Offer based on regular business feedback from Field Services Sales, Marketing and Operations as well as customer inputsMonitor and drive resolution of Customer claims generated by Field Services Supply ChainAnimate with Field Services team Customer interactions (reactive from claims, proactive visits, research, CLO and action plan communications)
