Requirements:

Prepare procurement plan showing way of accession, nominated subcontractors and planned budget.

Prepare subcontractors and suppliers packages and Investigates potential suppliers and recommends those most desirable, and get them approved from consultant / client.

Submit all finishing material to consultant / owner and obtain approval.

Review and compare subcontractor’s offers, and confirm that the all offers matches our contract planned cost, requirements, specifications and program

Negotiate with subcontractors & suppliers on lead-time, cost, quality and contract’s terms so as to obtain the maximum benefit for the company.

Prepare & Review all the contracts and Purchases orders.

Lead the purchasing team to execute all purchase orders.

Follow up on suppliers’ invoices and payments.

Prepare suppliers periodical evaluation reports.
