Job Description:
Leads the SAP S4/Hana enhancement implementation for cash management, HCM, PM, real estate, and COPA.
Formulates a team of sap consultants (FI CO – ABAP – MM – Real estate ).
Leads the functional users and guides them to ensure successful implementation.
Assesses the capabilities of the key users, trains them, and creates work manuals for better performance.
Leads the SAP implementation strategy based on the company needs.
Works and evaluates the implementation partner to achieve a cost-effective and successful implementation.
Ensures high availability and best performance for the landscape.
Ensures proper controls over the implementation cycle and landscape.
Leads the audit and security checks for roles, users’ access, and functional use.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.
Minimum of 15 years of experience in SAP implementation.
5 implementations as a Solution Manager or Solution Director.
Experience in the real estate o construction fields is a preference.
SAp FICO consultant experience is a preference.
Ability to lead business owners.
