Job Description:
- Operate, Manage and Following Up the daily operations and plans for the new installations of smart water meters’ process for the MDM and the field
- Assignment and programming operation for Smart Water Meters and its charging Card
- Solving the Smart Meters problems and customer complaints daily and analysis to avoid repetitions.
- Analyzing the consumption data rates for water meters and comparing them to the system.
- Recording and following up Smart Meters and communication units Problems.
- Following up and handling the daily customer complains
- Study and develop operating problems of the smart meters.
- Detect and solve Communication system failures.
- Providing technical support for the project team in testing, installing, and maintaining smart water meters.

Qualifications:
- Educational Background:- Bachelor of Electromechanical Engineering.
- Years of Experience:- +2
- Very good understanding of telecommunication and electrical tools.
- Very Good command of English and Arabic Languages is a must.
