Reporting To: Regional Commercial Manager (Incumbent will be contracted under the contract with the AIRSCREAM CY Limited,
Location: Various Location in Egypt
The ideal candidate will be responsible for building out our sales, marketing and channel development strategy, sales forecasting reports, and sales pipeline in the Middle East Region . You will then monitor our sales performance with the goal of expanding our company’s market share and distribution. Your collaborative nature and will help you succeed when managing key accounts and internal sales and marketing teams.

About you:
- Significant experience in Key Accounts Developments, including success in achieving/exceeding sales targets thru key accounts.
- Experience in the consumer and/or tobacco industry
- Skilled at building rapport & understanding business requirements of key decision-makers.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal & written communication skills & the ability to establish & maintain a rapport across many constituencies & influencers
- Possess highly developed business acumen & negotiation skills
- Ability to manage time effectively & efficiently & set priorities
- Ability to work collaboratively with extended & cross-function teams in a matrix environment
How you’ll make your mark:
- Build trusted customer relationships with executives & all lines of business & work as a member of a sales team to drive growth within accounts
- Identify & prospect new business or key accounts while maintaining & expanding services to existing customers.
- Development of channel & sales plans, strategies & execute plans
- Manage complex sales cycle utilising a consultative solution selling approach
- Negotiate, structure, & close deals that meet customer expectations
- Be accountable, exceed sales goals & financial target objectives
- Build upon customer satisfaction & retention
- Understand competitor activities & market trends & link this back to the territory
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Exposure to vaping industry experience is preferred.
