Job Descripition
Review design & development code of less experienced team members.
Attend assessment meetings and advise with do ability and implementation duration.
Troubleshoot issues and advise with quick solution.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership
Technically lead a team to achieve agreed objectives & projects based on BI enterprise objectives
Recommend approaches, lead design and create solid technical solutions
Responsible for the design, development and on-going support of enterprise solutions
Recommend and use range of technologies to build solutions to support the business needs
Work closely with IT Account Management and BI teams to define and fulfil business requirements
Code, test and document appropriate data processes, stored procedures or reporting & analytic applications using industry proven ‘best-practices’
Pays an active role in project rollouts

Core competencies, knowledge and experience
From 4-7 years’ experience in IT domain.
Proven experience in application development technology; Advanced Database development, web development & Application Servers
Able to identify appropriate tools and technologies
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both oral and written mainly in English.
Must Have Technical / Professional Qualifications
B.SC of Computer science
Good analytical skills
Ownership Attitude
Attention to detail and problem solving capabilities
Good communication skills are important
