Position: Sales Engineer
Reporting to : Sales Manager
-Job Summary:
Systemizes sales processes to increase the sales team’s efficiency and effectiveness. Builds business; maintaining relationships with clients and negotiate contracts with the aim of maximizing profits.
-Job Responsibilities:
• Identifies business opportunities; researching and analyzing sales options.
• Optimizes the sales process, recognizes trends in data, refine operational models, and put out fires as they arise.
• Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
• Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
• Develop key performance metrics to measure the activities that have the most significant impact on sales productivity.
• Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services
• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
• Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
• Collaborate with team to achieve better results.

– Required Qualification:
• Engineering Bachelor’s degree in equivalent with 2 years of related experience
• 2+ Years of management experience
• Familiar with Autodesk software
• Must be self-motivated and work well in a team environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Manage multitask work in a fast-paced environment.
