YOUR TASKS:
Provide strategic & operational HR expertise that contribute to achieving the business goals and DHL’s bottom line of Employer of Choice through:
– Participating as a key member of the Senior Management Team (SMT).
– Influencing the plans’ direction of the business and people strategy.
– Proposing & implementing initiatives that drive and reinforce DHL’s culture.
– Designing, developing and executing organisational effectiveness and development programs.
– Designing and managing HR policies and best in class HR practices that strengthen DHL’s competitive position in the market.
