The role is Heading recruitment for a American Multinational, managing entire Middle East region viz. Egypt, Jordan, UAE and Saudi Arabia.

In a Gist: We are looking for a Recruitment Manager based in Cairo and heading the Region including, Egypt, UAE, Jordan and Saudi Arabia.

Responsible for Geographies – All of middle east, with offices and teams in Cairo (Base), Dubai (UAE), Jordan (Amman) and Saudi Arabia (Riyadh)
Position and Pay: This is a Leadership role, one can apply if current designation is Senior manager and above. Annual Salary and joining bonus in the range of 14,00,000 to 18,00,000 Egyptian pounds with Esops after completion of policy term.
Qualification and Skill:
· Bachelors degree in HR or IR, post graduate degree in HR preferred
· Direct recruitment experience, 15 years of HR experience including recruitment experience at a leadership level
· Excellent verbal and written communication, team management, problem solving and analytical.
· Detail oriented, Flexible and thrives on change
Role and responsibility:
· Talent attraction strategy and responsibility for the region, year round and peak hiring.

· Working with stakeholders to map critical roles, work with Workflow, HR, L& D teams for a seamless, structured recruitment, selection and training process.
· Roll out initiatives for the region, capture and report on metrics for the region
· Support operational planning and manage roaster, keeping HRBPs, operational managers and finance teams aware of their roles in the process.
· Work with staffing agencies, develop tested and robust contingency plans for a number of eventualities. Ensure that agencies meet agreed Service Level Agreements.
· Ensure compliance with ME legislation including relevant legislation process.
· Root cause analysis, and ensuring smooth coordination to meet the desired objectives.
· Drive numbers along with managing complexity of other recruitment matrix.
