  • Main Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Providing key managerial support and direction to all departments
  2. Analyzing operational issues, as well as preparing and submitting periodic reports to the Management
  3. Direct and control the staff of the departments (Customer Service, Digitalization, Tele-health) to ensure that they are appropriately trained and motivated and carry out their responsibilities to the required standards
  4. You will need to work directly with the stakeholders to ensure the overall health of the processes is good, ensuring that standards for productivity and quality assurance are met our operational standards.
  5. Responsible for managing the operational aspects of various internal functions, among other duties.
  6. Reporting the projects progress to the management and providing a status for all projects expected activities in order to ensure that the projects meet the predetermined timeline and expenditure.
  7. Ensuring the sustainability of the programs through planning and reviewing the projects’ implementation to maintain the programs succession.
  8. Plan, introduce and monitor maintenance and work schedules.
  9. Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports about total operation performanceTION

  • Required qualifications:

1- A medical or health insurance background.

2- Six Sigma certificate.

3- Experience not less than 5 to 7 years in an a customer service oriented environment.

  • Required Skills:
  1. very good command of English (Reading – Writing – Speaking)
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Excellent leadership skills
  4. Organizing and coordinating skills.
  5. Dynamic, ability to multi-task
  6. Good problem-solving abilities
  7. Details oriented.
  8. Quality oriented.
  9. Able to work on rotational shifts, weekends and public holidays
  10. Flexibility andTeamwork spirit.
  11. Demonstrates a positive, enthusiastic, friendly attitude.
