Docspert Health is a multi-national company with headquarters in the UK and Cairo.

Docspert Health is recruiting “District Manager” for its office at Cairo, responsible for building the business within a given geographical territory targeting physicians, hospitals, private clinics, corporates and pharmacies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

Reviewing updated and detailed records of sales targets as well as assessing performance and achieved goals.
Working on continuous improvement of Sales Team.
Recruiting and Training the needed sales team to achieve company goals and objectives.
Planning and organizing all needed data and information for their team to ensure their success.
Leading their team through motivation and helping them to reach their goals.
Developing and coaching the team through numerous field visits.
Building a strong relationship with company customers.
Helping the company success by adding new markets, reaching new customers and giving valuable feedback.
Having the power of taking decisions.
Being in charge of operational practices making sure that it runs smoothly and meets revenues and sales estimates.
Coordinating with, reporting and making recommendations to senior management in order to improve customer experience and satisfaction.
Ensuring value delivery to the clients.
Managing sales activities, providing support to sales teams, as well as directing the team’s efforts to attain company strategic goals and set targets.
Developing and monitoring the implementation of sales work plans with the aim of achieving sales targets.

Job Requirements Edit

3+ work experience in the same position.
Holds a Bachelor of Medicine/Pharmacy/Veterinary.
Excellent planning and decision-making skills.
Strong leadership and sales skills.
Strong contacts with these specialities is a Plus (Gyn, Ortho, Ent, Oncology)
Contacts with hospitals, Medical centres and Medical insurance companies are of an added value.
