Docspert Health is a multi-national company with headquarters in the UK and Cairo.
Docspert Health is recruiting “District Manager” for its office at Cairo, responsible for building the business within a given geographical territory targeting physicians, hospitals, private clinics, corporates and pharmacies.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Reviewing updated and detailed records of sales targets as well as assessing performance and achieved goals.
- Working on continuous improvement of Sales Team.
- Recruiting and Training the needed sales team to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Planning and organizing all needed data and information for their team to ensure their success.
- Leading their team through motivation and helping them to reach their goals.
- Developing and coaching the team through numerous field visits.
- Building a strong relationship with company customers.
- Helping the company success by adding new markets, reaching new customers and giving valuable feedback.
- Having the power of taking decisions.
- Being in charge of operational practices making sure that it runs smoothly and meets revenues and sales estimates.
- Coordinating with, reporting and making recommendations to senior management in order to improve customer experience and satisfaction.
- Ensuring value delivery to the clients.
- Managing sales activities, providing support to sales teams, as well as directing the team’s efforts to attain company strategic goals and set targets.
- Developing and monitoring the implementation of sales work plans with the aim of achieving sales targets.

Job Requirements Edit
- 3+ work experience in the same position.
- Holds a Bachelor of Medicine/Pharmacy/Veterinary.
- Excellent planning and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership and sales skills.
- Strong contacts with these specialities is a Plus (Gyn, Ortho, Ent, Oncology)
- Contacts with hospitals, Medical centres and Medical insurance companies are of an added value.
