is looking for General Manager for its plant, as following:
Job Profile:
Organize and direct overall company and factory operations, to ensure high level of effectiveness in meeting and exceeding company goals and customer expectations. Assuring that the company stays on schedule with regards to production, budgetary, sourcing out raw material and increase the company market share and geographical coverage. Responsible for achieving the maximum return to the company without compromising the quality.
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Develop the company strategic and operational plans to ensure steady and continual growth of the company
· Drives the company to reach desired production, sales results, market share and geographic coverage
· Accountable for P&L Plan. Organize and control all operations in a manner which effectively delivers plans and business outcomes
· Determine the long and short-term goals of the factory to ensure positive results in the areas of manufacturing practices, materials management and inventory control, in a way that increasing production capacity and decreasing costs.
· Review financial statements, sales reports, and other relevant reports to measure productivity and goal achievement and to manage production costs and improve profitability.
· Oversee departments’ activities related to production, pricing, sales, finance, quality control, registration and distribution of products.
· Improve manpower utilization within existing departments and sections. Ensuring their retention and stability in a way that facilitates achieving maximum efficiencies and value generation.
· Maintain safety regulations in the factory and ensure that staff is well trained to comply with these safety requirements.
· Oversee meeting production targets, managing working effectively, improving product quality and maintaining harmonious labor relations.
· Review service quotations and contracts; oversee contracted services for adherence to specifications and completeness.
· Manage spending against budget and in relation to changes in production volume.

Education, Experience & Qualifications:
· Bachelor Degree in Chemical, Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, Master degree in Business is preferred.
· At least 10 year experience in chemical production company, with minimum 5 years as General Manager
· Strong strategic aptitude; proven ability to define a winning business strategy and sales plan
· Well-articulated people management skills, a strong leader and team player
· Sales and Marketing skills
· Leading and managing multiple business functions
· Proven records of effective deals and contracts
· Business English, written and verbal
