Eva Pharma; a company who fights for health and wellbeing as a human right, a multinational pharmaceutical company operates in more than 40 Countries, having a diverse top team of more than 3000 professional associates across the globe is seeking a hands-on Head of Clinical Research who is able to lead innovative clinical trials in Egypt, able to effect breakthrough researches that deal with local medical needs in different countries and start clinical research department in Eva Pharma.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
· Responsible for overlooking research site management for studies in accordance with Good Clinical Practices (GCPs) and applicable local and international regulations and Standard Operating Procedures.
· Ensure that study protocol is following appropriate rules & regulations.
· Draft the study protocols.
· Review study progress and recommends revisions, amendments, and/or other study changes as necessary to better meet needs of sponsors.
· Analyse, evaluate & interpret data to determine relevance to research.
· Liaise with Health Care Professionals (HCPs) and educational institutions and eminent Professors in Medical Affairs events and trainings in almost all Therapeutic Areas.
· Supervise and Maintain the overall Research Budget in accordance with the annual approved amount.
· support in scientific advices with local regulatory authorities to get clearance on the study requirements

· Minimum of 10 years working in Clinical Research.
· Experience in dealing with EMA/FDA in Clinical Research Phase”1, 2, 3″ bioequivalence studies as well as dealing with further studies which are necessary to get approvals for patches or other dosage forms is a very big asset.
· Strong network of opinion leaders across market segments.
· Project management experience required.
· Bachelor’s degree of Pharmaceutical Sciences or Medicine.
· PHD or master’s degree in clinical research is a big asset.
